בסוף 2007 בהיותי בן 37 עליתי יום אחד על המשקל וראיתי 100 ק"ג. החלטתי מפה רק יורדים. התחלתי להתאמן ב'מי סטודיו' בחולון אצל המורה שלי להתעמלות מבית הספר היסודי שוש עסיס. את השיעור הראשון לא יכולתי לסיים הוא היה קשה מידי וישבתי בצד כולי אדום ומתנשף ממאמץ. זאת הייתה רק ההתחלה. התחלתי גם לאכול מסודר והפסקתי לאכול בורקס, צ'יפס, פיצות וכו' והמשקל התחיל לרדת.…

חלפו אך שלושה ימים מהתחרות ישראמן 2012 למרחק איש ברזל, ואני פשוט מרגיש רענן כאילו לא הייתי בפעילות 13 שעות ו 40 דקות. כאילו לא שחייתי 3.8 ק"מ, לא רכבתי 180 ק"מ (עליית נטפים) וקינחתי במרתון.

גילוי נאות-היתה זו הפעם הראשונה שלי לרכב 180 ק"מ רצוף.

ואז.... הכול נקטע ביום אחד ביום אחד שחזי רול יצא לשחות בים הפתוח בחוף אולגה נפגע ככל הנראה מאופנוע ים…

לפני 7 שנים נולדה ביתנו השנייה ימה.

יחד איתה נולד בך,אבא שלה, האיש שאיתי רצון להתחיל להתאמן בספורט שעד אז לא שמעתי את שמו- תריאטלון.

אופנים- מכירה.  שחיה- OK (לימדת אותי לשחות חתירה לפני 3 שנים). ריצה-בחיי שניסיתי, סבלתי!

טוב-אומרים שבוחרים זוגיות על מנת להתפתח? כנראה שזה השיעור שלי. לעבור במחיצתו של מורה אתלטי במיוחד...אבל אתה הרי יודע,זו רק המעטפת.
